Bio Grid Pin Tool Cleaning

Be sure to handle the tools with gloves so the oils on your hands do not get on the tool

Fill an empty pipet box with about 1% alconox to 1 inch deep

Place the pin tool into the alconox solution pins down.

Draw the tool up and down for several minutes so the pin heads get the alconox washed thoroughly through the entire tool

Rinse thoroughly with dH₂O and repeat the same procedure with dH₂O

Lastly, place methanol into the pipet box and rinse thoroughly with the methanol

Place the pin tools in a warm hybridization oven until completely dried
